We are not sure there is anyone who has held more positions at Weatherly Inn than Sabrina Selden! She started as a part time Weekend Receptionist at Weatherly Inn Lake Meridian in 2002. Along the way, she obtained her Washington State cosmetologist license and became our community beautician in 2005 until she became our Administrative Assistant in 2010. Then she was off to Weatherly Inn Tacoma to be our community beautician in 2015. All of these positions gave her great hands-on experience in senior living as well as a well-rounded view of Weatherly Inn. It was a joy to promote her to General Manager of Weatherly Inn Lake Meridian in 2022. She spends almost as much time here as she does at home so she loves the at-home feel that is Weatherly Inn and which she gets to create for our residents. She also appreciates the hands-on business model of the ownership and how it sets the standard for “where it’s home and you’re family.” When she is at her own home, she loves interior design projects…and white is her favorite color.

Hannah Lambert was born and raised in Billings, MT, and now makes her home with her husband and their dog in Kent, WA. Hannah joined the Weatherly Inn team in 2024 where she fills the role of Community Relations Director at Weatherly Inn Lake Meridian. Her job entails connecting with potential residents and helping them get familiar with Weatherly Inn through tours, face-to-face connection, and resource information. Once a family shows interest, her job is to walk them through the process of making Weatherly Inn a home for their loved one. She also hosts networking events held onsite and attends others out and about. Hannah likes the family feel of both the residents and the staff, and she loves seeing the relief families experience after their loved one is settled and comfortable at Weatherly Inn. Hannah herself loves all things “family.” She finds great joy in spending quality time with her extended family (including while four-wheeling) and delights in making them laugh.

Kathy Harrison, LPN, is a born (Bainbridge Island), raised (Silverdale), and educated (Bremerton) Washingtonian! She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing at Olympic College and is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She came on staff in 2017 as our Director of Nursing Services for Weatherly Inn Lake Meridian and has led in that role ever since. Kathy manages all nursing care for the residents on our memory care services and supervises the nursing team. She loves what she does, is very dedicated, and will do everything she can to keep everyone safe and happy. Kathy considers the residents, their families, and her coworkers to be her family and Weatherly Inn to be her home too. When not at Weatherly Inn, Kathy loves to spend time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading a good book and doing a little “retail therapy.” (In other words, she likes to go shopping.)
