Alex Lynn was born and raised right here in Tacoma, WA, and has spent almost equal parts at the family cabin on Fox Island. He attended Stadium High School and the University of Puget Sound where he earned a degree in Business Leadership and Economics. Alex was hired as our Marketing Director over all our communities in 2017 and then after being interim General Manager of Weatherly Inn Lake Meridian, he was promoted to General Manager of Weatherly Inn Renton in 2022, which opened its doors in 2023. Alex says, “I work to recruit new residents and staff; in addition, I work alongside all departments to ensure—among other things—our food is tasty, our customer service is top notch, and all care needs are met. I love my job because no two days are alike: one day I might be sampling food for an upcoming event, and the next day I might be helping a resident with their air conditioning. I also love that real thought is poured into every element of our service…from décor to decorum…no detail is overlooked.” On his own time, Alex enjoys doing house projects and crossword puzzles; playing softball and boating in Puget Sound; and being involved in his family’s non-profit organization, the Rachel Lynn Henley Foundation, which brings joy and support to young people, families, and caregivers impacted by childhood cancer.

Courtney Fultz was born in Hampton, VA, and raised here in Washington State. In 2024, she came to Weatherly Inn as the Community Relations Director for our newest community in Renton. Courtney’s warm and friendly demeanor immediately puts prospective residents and their families at ease as she gives them tours and answers their questions, facilitating a smooth transition to senior living in our community. In addition, Courtney plans events in which to invite the greater Renton community to come see for themselves what we are all about. (Think: Free Shredding, Fisher Scones truck, Classic Car Show, Merry Market, etc.) She also goes out to doctors’ offices and hospitals to raise awareness of the retirement, assisted living, and memory care services Weatherly Inn offers. Courtney loves being a part of a well-regarded, locally-owned company that provides such nice options for senior living. She has a cosmetologist license and is an experienced equestrian. Courtney loves all kinds of food, cooking, traveling, and experiencing all parts of the world.

Bonnie Bachman was born in Hershey, Pennsylvania; grew up in the Midwest, moved to Colorado, and then came to Washington in 2019. She joined the team in 2024 as one of our Community Relations Directors (CRD) at Weatherly Inn Renton, bringing twenty years of senior living experience. As CRD, she has the opportunity to meet with potential residents and family members when they are looking for senior living options. She also works closely with other industry professionals in a variety of community outreach events. She finds the best way to describe Weatherly Inn to others is to use our tagline, “Where it’s home and you’re family,” as that is exactly what it is! Home and family! The moment you meet Bonnie, you will find her easy-going and out-going. She loves to laugh and enjoy life to the full. During her off-hours, Bonnie hikes with her daughter and dog, listens to audiobooks, and watches movies.

Saporia Williams, LPN, was born in Jacksonville, Florida, raised on military bases all over the place as the daughter of both a US Army serviceman and servicewoman, and fondly considers herself an “Army brat.” She graduated from Clover Park Technical College and then became a Licensed Practical Nurse. Saporia has worked in senior living for 25 years with the most recent 15 years as an LPN. She came to Weatherly Inn Renton in 2024 as our Resident Services Director, overseeing resident care, supervising nursing staff, and continuously improving the quality of our nursing services. She finds everyone from the residents to her coworkers creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. During her free time, Saporia loves reading any kind of book…biography, history, fiction. She also loves going to any body of water…river, lake, ocean.
